1. A resort this expensive should have TV's from at least the early 2000's, but they have the old clunkers with the curved glass & poorly functioning remotes.

4. I tend to enjoy many experiences away from home, but when my family was treated as poorly as this at The Arizone Grand, I will have to advise to find a property that specializes in service and not the marketing a resort advertizes.
