5. , if you take my luggage to the room, do it while I'm checking in, seamlessly (like done at some other high-end hotels I've stayed); do not wait for me to start getting comfy, interrupt me, walk around the room without asking for permission and then wait for me to give you a few extra bucks for this extra 'service' I never asked for.

8. Also have a look at the frick musuem (only small but quality) its a medium walk from the hotel and you can plan your walks on the hotel rooms ipad.
