9. The Front Desk was extremely helpful at check in and the person who checked us in (Marco, I think) was thorough but not lengthy in his explanations of our Package we booked and the amenities of the hotel.

10. The rooms (we had 2) don't compare to the quality of the Ritz, the hotel lobby was lovely but they apparently have an unposted rule of 'no pictures' in the lobby - they do they communicate this rule to you on check-in nor is it posted on their website.
