1. We had to check out by noon, but our flight wasn't until that evening, so the hotel held our bags for us at no extra charge.

2. Upon check out we then found $200.00 worth of extra charges (phone calls, bar charges, etc) on our bill that we didn't use and when pointing them out we were told in a snotty way that 'someone must have snuck into our room and used our phone'.
