1. We loved the breakfasts which has a great buffet and delicious eggs benny - especially the mushroom one although all are great .

7. We had a nice breakfast and afternoon tea in the Palm Court and the service at check in was fine, but overall the stay was not nearly up the Fairmont or Plaza standard or that of any three star hotel.

9. The Maid Staff was also friendly, the Concierge was great at helping us with reservations at 'Kid Friendly' restaurants, and the waitstaff at the Palm Court was helpful every morning at Breakfast.
