1. They let me check in 1 1/2 hours early, which was great and gave me an extended 2 hour checkout which was perfect.

2. Upon checkout, there was no acknowledgement of this, however when we questioned it, it was simply taken off, no more questions asked- which was very much appreciated.

Multiple requests for a crib were not fulfilled for one of the three nights' stay, wait time for breakfast was at least 15 minutes with multiple open tables for breakfast, and upon checkout no help was provided in checking out of the hotel-the two uniformed hotel workers literally stared and watched us struggle to bring our two suitcases and stroller through the doors and down the steps to the cab.
