1. The champagne bar had nice entertainment and great drinks either before or after dinner .

2. There is not a good set up for lunch and dinner in the hotel, except for a new-ish Todd English 'Foodhall' restaurant that is a dark and hot basement staffed by a surly staff - stay away.

While the concierge was exceptionally helpful and assisted with a number of dinner reservations, every time we inquired about the use of the hotel's car (which we were told would take us anywhere in a 15-20 block radius) we were always told the car was busy, no matter how many hours ahead we asked and even when the car was sitting outside when we went to hail a taxi.

9. We tried several times during the course of our stay to book the car for a ride to dinner, alas, the Concierge standard reply was, 'Oh I am so sorry but the car is already booked for an event.
