If you do stay there MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR BILLS FOR FALSE CHARGES both of our rooms had charges we had not incurred on them, and then the hotel front desk staff (Nolton) - now there's a dream employee!told me that I must have, consumed products from the mini bar on days we were not even in the hotel, made telephone calls to numbers we didn't even recognize and he will fight you tooth and nail because of course - yes the customer is never right even at cost of approx.

4. We waited 10 minutes to be noticed, another 10 minuted to receive our cocktail and when the bill arrived (promptly) we were dismayed to see our sons Coke cost just a few bucks less then my Bombay and Tonic .

5. Late at night Taxis are the best way to travel and the cost from Times Square to the Plaza is around $11.00.

8. Despite the costly renovation, our room was not really insulated from the street noise and we woke up every morning with the garbage trucks that were collecting the garbage of the building on the other side of the street.
