6. The Front Desk was extremely helpful at check in and the person who checked us in (Marco, I think) was thorough but not lengthy in his explanations of our Package we booked and the amenities of the hotel.

If you do stay there MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR BILLS FOR FALSE CHARGES both of our rooms had charges we had not incurred on them, and then the hotel front desk staff (Nolton) - now there's a dream employee!told me that I must have, consumed products from the mini bar on days we were not even in the hotel, made telephone calls to numbers we didn't even recognize and he will fight you tooth and nail because of course - yes the customer is never right even at cost of approx.
