1. After two days they told me about the issue and I explained they were entitled to the benefits (complimentary breakfast, late check-out, $100 voucher and free internet).

2. The check-out experience left me with a sour note, as I was informed that the hotel car (which was sitting outside) simply couldn't take us to our next destination (even though it was in the driving radius) because the chauffeur didn't want to scuff his trunk with our luggage.

3. even on check-out the room bills were all confusedThe main entrance is tourist attraction, and the hotel entrance is through the public area off to the left.
