1. The bed is comfortable, the linen is perfect, housekeeping is absolutely faultless (and it's nice to be in a hotel who makes your room before midday!).

4. The good: I had one of the quietest rooms I've ever had in NYC, and had wonderful night's sleep on a truly comfortable bed with lovely sheets, pillows, etc. Excellent.

Our standard room was very comfortable (very spacious bathroom and great KSize bed) and the service was generally good (although we experienced a different set-up every day when the housekeeper prepared the room in the evening: one day with a personalized weather forecast, the other day with a bootle of mineral water and a white linen next to the bed.
