4. I stayed on the 8th floor with a double/double suite, all of the rooms were large and clean, the bathroom was probably the only problem as it was a little small and cramped but its not as if you spend a great deal of time in there.

5. So surprised booked in and in room within 2 minutes of arriving staff really pleasant room clean but bathroom really dated and looked a little dirty, but overall room very comfortable.

When I walked into the room it was tiny, then there was a huge stain on the carpet, then the pull down window shade wouldn't stay down (it would only stay down after I piled up the phone books with the bible with the iron placed on the pull down shade), then the pipes in the bathroom made noise constantly even if I wasn't in there with water running, then the shower head would shoot water everywhere, then the the air conditioner (whether it was on or off) every once in a while would sound like a mechanical cat barfing, then to top it off during the middle of the night when i had the air conditioner on it would go from working fine to pumping out HOT air.

7. They must have downsized their rooms because ours was VERY TINY and one could barely turn around in the bathroom.
