1. Our check in was very effficient, we had been upgraded to a suite with a huge balcony and a wonderful view, one direction was central park and the other Times Square.

2. We didn't really used the balcony because it was really high but it was still very nice the room was very clear (because we had one window, plus the window door to the balcony)The room was spacious, with a double bed, 1 bedside table on each side.
