3. Our room was at the side of the hotel with no noise unless u opened the widow to a little noise from the air con!if your looking for a good breakfast go downstairs to the parke cafe or for good Irish breakfast go the Irish bar down the road with good pints of Guinness.

5. New York was full, so we had no options, but we dreaded coming back to the place - no lounge, no bar, no restaurant except for a sleazy and equally dirty 'greasy spoon' affair underneath the hotel where the staff were even more rude.

7. Good eating nearby included Fluffy's (for breakfast), Old Castle Inn (for a good bar with decent meals), Basso 56(Italian), Brasserie Cognac du Monsieur Ballon( French), Rosie O'Grady's ( Meat and Fish).

I went down to reception and complained, the staff were so lovely and so helpful next day we were moved to a bigger suite with a great street view , it was great, the location is fantastic would highly recommend Fluffys Deli food fantastic also The Irish Bar and Rosie O Gradys near by are 2 great bars.
