1. And sometimes the shower would go hot then cold but other than that room was great.

2. hotel is old and could seriously do with a spruce up, in its favour its clean, rooms are a comfortable size, shower is excellent, and best of all its located between times square and central park, would i return again probably not i would imagine that there is nicer/newer hotels in the same area.

5. Our room on the 10th floor (1042) was small but spotless and shower room was also really clean the maid was great and the room was made up every day, the bell boys and rest of the staff was great always said hi but left you alone if you wanted.

8. The staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful, the lobby area is very grand and nice, however the only draw backs for us where the rooms, very very small and dated, however if like us you only used your room to sleep and have a shower then this will not be an issue.

9. The room itself did need some maintenance such as plug sockets was coming away from the wall and the light in the bathroom was a little too close to the shower for my liking but in the grand scheme of things, does that really matter.
