3. The lobby, sometimes it's like a zoo, credit card needed for checking in even if room is paid for in advance make sure and read the small print.

4. Let me first say the hotel lobby was beautiful - nice people, decent Greek restaurant, but you must visit the Park Cafe in the hotel - great food all day, wonderful service, and well priced.

5. If travel arrangements permit, try checking-in late evening as opposed to early afternoon as the hotel lobby reception tended not to cope too well with large volumes of people at once.

6. The receptionist wasn't that friendly, however, on getting our room, it was small, but the decor was nice, (It was like it was an extravagant hotel in the 80's) all gold plush etc. The lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas, and there is a lovely chandelier there too.

10. The staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful, the lobby area is very grand and nice, however the only draw backs for us where the rooms, very very small and dated, however if like us you only used your room to sleep and have a shower then this will not be an issue.
