1. The room was shabby, old stained carpeting, street noise at the 12th floor, the carpet was rarely vacuumed, the bathroom was as big as a normal sized closet.

6. Yes the room was very small and the bathroom was tiny but the room was clean, there was a large flat panel tv and a closet that you could have almost fit a twin bed in, and the air conditioner worked well.

Reasonably sized room, standard en-suite sized bathroom and large closet but the best bit was the balcony, on stepping out and looking to the left you could see straight down Seventh Avenue/Broadway to the bright lights of Times Square and look to the right to the calmness of Central Park, absolutely wonderful and we couldn't of been happier.
