1. Their is an internal shop that sells almost everything that you could need and can book tours or shuttle buses etc.Park Cafe is also attached to the hotel, staff are great and so is the food, they will accomodate most food requests, coffe was plentiful and always topped up.

3. When we arrived at JFK we were able to get booked onto a shuttle bus within 10 mins and off we went.
