5. The receptionist wasn't that friendly, however, on getting our room, it was small, but the decor was nice, (It was like it was an extravagant hotel in the 80's) all gold plush etc. The lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas, and there is a lovely chandelier there too.

8. We stayed at the Wellington for several nights in December, and ok the hotel looks a little worn but, the staff are amazing, the rooms were spotlessly clean ( look past the decor) having heard the bed bug story, we stripped the bed and it was a clean as at home.
