7. the maid service, bell men, receptionists etc all great and very quick to respond to problems, just a shame we had so many!conclusion: the final room was great but would not stay in the hotel again unless they could garentee the room we had at the end of all the swaps.

9. Linen and bathrooms clean and maid service good but don't look too closely in corners and skirting boards as could do with a good clean.
