Stayed for four nights, given a free upgrade, despite being told by email that it would cost 20 dollars per night, given an extra couple of days free wifi, all staff exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The Roosevelt was worse (beds and linens were super nice and new, but bathroom had mold and bad water pressure, and the room was noisy) and the Hilton was better (much better, but it's also brand new and had free wifi).

Starbucks across the road has free wifi, which is great, considering the outrageous fee's charged by the hotel.

I'm used to staying in hotels that offer free wifi, free printing of boarding passes, etc. I'm also used to staying in hotels with friendlier personnel.
