1. Bed- and bathrooms were nice and clean, service ok and beds were comfy.

2. The room was shabby, old stained carpeting, street noise at the 12th floor, the carpet was rarely vacuumed, the bathroom was as big as a normal sized closet.

3. To our surprise they had spare rooms and we were shown to this and without hesitation we moved our things this room was double the size with family size bathroom etc. Two very happy customers.

7. All I can say was wow!we had been given a suite, consisting of a kitchen with dining area, sitting room with sofa and tv, bathroom, plus big bedroom with double and single beds, with tv.

8. The maid washed the drinking glasses with the handsoap in the bathroom and dried them with toilet tissue (UGH!) What had in the past been a very pleasant experience in NYC completely ruined our stay.
