2. I have been staying at various Hyatt hotels in Asia and was always amazed about the consistency in service, well appointed rooms, good food outlets, all in all suggesting a ''grand feeling'' to its guests.

5. The rooms were very roomy, well appointed and kept, quiet(we were on 29th floor), the coffee/quick breakfast cart was a lifesaver and the best part was that we didn’t have to go outside at all to access the subway as we entered right into Grand Central from the lobby.
