1. All in all would go back to this hotel - had a drink in the bar one night and it was VERY dark in there - but found that in NYC generally - the restaurants etc are all quite dimly lit - took us a while to adjust our eyes.

3. Let me start out by saying I am a Hyatt Platinum member and generally a big fan of Hyatt Hotels.

5. The hotel is very, very busy generally, which means long waits for check -in and check-out, not to mention the lifts at peak times - be warned and time yourself right.

6. There is a small Starbucks in the hotel lobby area, but the queues were often 15+ people long in the mornings, with generally one person serving.
