The first night was perfect, the room next to us was empty, the following night we could hear a couple laughing and talking next door until about midnight, the 3rd night we could hear a couple making 'love' (yes you could hear all the moans and
noise
s) for about 45mins until close to 1am.

If you are a light sleeper you may have problems sleeping at night due to the connecting room doors, most of the rooms have connecting doors and the
noise
from the room next door can be heard very loud through the door.

Pros: Clean, location is great, employees were very nice, comfy bed, nice lobby, near subway, taxis available in front, Cons: No fridge, bathroom is pretty small,
noise
through connecting doors.

I would like to note however that the
noise
level between rooms could be a bit quieter, due to no fault of the guest but more likely that the walls are just too thin.

We were also pleased with the ability to block out the majority of the street
noise
, although we did still hear cars honking.

noise
was a problem, from within rather than outside the hotel, but you cannot blame the hotel for very noisy guests.

We had a corner room on the 29th floor so it was nice and quiet - in terms of street
noise
that is.
