2. Great lobby , my check in was not the best , the guy checking me in did not have a good grasp of english which can be annoying after a 28hr flight from australia so i had to reapeat everything 3 times , the room was a club room , on the top floor , it was big but substandard , i felt i was in a cheap motel , the door to the bathroom could not close , the bed was nice , the club facilities were good had some great sushi in there , the bar was good , location was awesome to see all of what NY had to offer , the staff were great , its just ashame about the rooms.
