1. The Grand Hyatt NY staff was extremely nice and helpful and the location could not have been better.

I'd like to point out that the concierge desk had very helpful and nice people, the front desk staff was very polite and the housekeeping staff was very thoughtful, first day we had the TV on and the housekeeping staff didnt even bother to knock, they just skipped our door as we could hear them knock on the neighbors doors.
