1. First night I had to stay on a camp bed, but we got free breakfast for the rest of the stay as a result which more than made up for it.

2. Well when we arrived the location was great as we expected - the checkin was quick - the lady gave us a few vouchers to get a free drink from the little coffee shop in the lobby - got some bottled water which was much needed.

4. It isn't a bad hotel, but it has alot of 'hidden charges' and not as many ammenities as I would have expected from a 4 star hotel (like the free coffee at the 3 star).

5. I was staying on a free promotional night so I can't totally complain but I was disappointed at free so I would ahve been annoyed to pay the $300 nightly rate for a Holiday Inn equivalent.

6. When we booked there was an offer of a free nights stay which we took advantage of, apparently this is a regular feature of this hotel so it is always good to ask.

7. Our concierge in the Grand Club actually surprised us with free tickets to see Tosca at the Metropolitan Opera house.

8. The only fault I found with this Hotel is the fact that they charge 2$ per suitcase or bag if your leaving your bags there after checkout, it not much but considering the price of the rooms per night I think this should be free of charge.
