1. -- it was a fine business hotel but not a luxury one (I measure that by the impersonal attitude of the staff-- efficient but nothing extra -- and the fact that the fitness room while well equipped had no sauna or steamroom or changing rooms, let alone a swimming pool, and there were none of the amenities such as bathrobes in the rooms or minibars that you'd expect in a first rank hotel.
