4. once you get over how nice this place is its only 6 blocks up to times square and all the usual new york hustle and bustle.

5. Hallways looked new and clean and although rooms seem to have had touch up you can tell the bathrooms need abit more work, and the ceilings in the bedroom etc - but maybe they are next.
