1. Firstly, the Grand Hyatt is in a great position, next to Grand Central Terminus and the subway.

4. Most of my experiences with the staff were positive, but it took me over a day of chasing down house keeping and front desk staff to finally get a non-functioning safe in my room replaced.

6. We went up to our room which was extremely small, trying to stay positive and not show my son my disappointment I went down and asked if a double room became available if they could let me know so we could change rooms.
