1. Not a huge problem I know but when there is only 2 memberes of staff at the desk and a line of people almost out the door it gets a bit annoying.

8. Room: Our room was on the 20th floor and it was HUGE - too big even for us and our daily expanding luggage.

9. I especially loved the shops and Grand Central Marketplace, a huge market with food, spices, wine, cheese, chocolate, etc.

10. The huge waredrobes and cupboard space was very useful, as was the iPod dock (only compatible for Nano tho)I must say the only thing the hotel rooms really need is a kettle and fridge - the type of hotel it is, I can't see why they don't have it.
