1. our room was on the 219th floor but they have five lifts to the 19th and five to the top so plenty of lifts no waiting about.

2. We found the bedrooms a little small for a family of four but to be honest we didnt spend much time in the rooms as we spent our five days out sightseeing from 8am to 6pm each day, but we returned each day to a hot shower, plenty of clean towels and a comfy bed.

5. All in all though the hotel is fantastic, 5 blocks away from Times Square with plenty of bars, restaurants on your doorstep along with plenty of shops .
