1. We were high enough that noise wasn't a problem, but street view rooms on the lower levels might be a bit noisy.

5. I told her that they fixed the problem, but the carpet was still soaked( I didn't know whether that water was clean or dirty, and I didn't want to put on shoes just to use the rest room.

7. This was disappointing, and as I mentioned, this is the first time I have encountered a problem like this in a Westin property.
