1. The room was great, the only disappointment was the balcony didn't have chairs, but we are resourceful and made our own chairs.

3. From the Zoca restaurant and bar staff to any other area of the hotel, just ask, and they will accommodate you if at all possible (I've never been disappointed with my special requests)The location just can't be beat as well.
