1. one of my reasons for not giving a 5 star rating was because there was no free wi-fi in the guest rooms,the other is that they charge for everything, bottled water,business computer use , a cash bar inthe room i'm suprised they don't charge for tv, thats ok if you are there on business and charge everything to yur expense account,been there, done that ,now that I am retired I pay for everything.

2. Parking expensive, if you did not drive there, rent a car from Enterprise on Saint Mary, they will pick you up and bring you back.

4. Excellent restaurant (and not expensive), but service of the staff in restaurant was not too friendly (doors were open and it was cold, even after a few requests they did not want to close the door(s).

6. You can park your car (expensively) and just use your feet to go practically anywhere along Riverwalk from Westin Hotel.

7. The previous year I stayed at another name-brand hotel down the River Walk that was a little less expensive - - the rooms were tired, the place was packed with very loud guests, and the whole thing felt a bit run down.
