1. As a summary, it is just an OK hotel and waaaaay overpriced for the type of rooms and service it provides.

2. We stayed at the Westin river walk at San Antonio It was definitely overpriced for its value House keeping did not ce for 48 hrs inspire of us reminding the reception deskAlso our refrigerator was not working, hence we had to keep our medicines at the reception.

3. The bar is amazing and it was really nice to enjoy a drink right outside on the River BUT beware the bar is extremely overpriced.

4. It's noisy, expensive, and most are not maintained as well as they should be, parking is overpriced, you have to tip everyone for everything but if you want to stay on the Riverwalk it's part of it.

Also, after reading many reviews about the overpriced water bottles that gets billed to your room account, I was prepared to face this and brought our own water bottles, but when we got to our room, none was there (so maybe this changed?) The Starbucks coffee and Tazo teas was a great amenity (considering I am a huge Starbucks customer).
