From Ferrell, the front desk clerk, who upon learning our departure time was 11 PM on the date of departure, gave us a 10:30 PM checkout,to Sandra, the concierge, who when we inquired about the location of the hotel restaurant, escorted us down the elevator to the restaurant level and to the host's desk,to Jeff Foresman, the executive chef, who took time away from his duties during a busy lunch hour, to visit our table, inquire about our meal, and offer his services,to Eugene Schlaff, the sous chef, who not only did the same, but gave us gift cards to use in the hotel coffee bar,to Dominic, another concierge, who when he learned that we had a poor expierence in a restaurant on the riverwalk, not only called the manager to express our concerns but his as well.
