1. Location couldn't be better, right on the riverwalk, but just away from the bars/restaurants that can get really loud.

2. During our stay, we had to call security at least 4 times due to loud parties in neighboring rooms (they did move us once- front desk had offered an upgraded room but by time we went to front desk, no one knew who had called or what we were talking about).

7. The previous year I stayed at another name-brand hotel down the River Walk that was a little less expensive - - the rooms were tired, the place was packed with very loud guests, and the whole thing felt a bit run down.

8. After she was told she was wrong by the manager she loudly expressed her annoyance and then proceeded to provide two sets of keys that did not work the doors and failed to provide mini-bar keys.
