8. Don't get me wrong this hotel is great with only 5 mins walk to universal and also to stay in the hotel is the only way to get to Harry potter ride without long queue but in hindsight wish we had stayed at one of the other hotels.

9. Don't get me wrong, I knew the prices were above average and I did sign up for that BUT I did not expect the poor service, horrible smells, backup of water in the sinks, or poor experience.

10. If theres something wrong, the staff are there within 10 minutes and the issue is dealt with straight away.
