1. When we got off the elevator, the hallway carpet was absolutely filthy, and I thought we were in for the stay from hell, what with the problems with the front desk already setting an extremely negative tone for the start of the vacation.

2. Another negative was that they allow smoking at certain sections near the pool, which I did not like.

3. There is a sandy area of the pool which to me was a negative because when you enter the pool, it feels gritty on your feet from all the sand.

4. Another negative was that when I made my reservations, they would not honor an internet special of 15% off reservations because they said they had reached their maximum number of special rates (even though that was not mentioned in the email or website).

8. The only negative is that the front of the line pass could not be used for Forbidden Journey ride or rip rock it rollercoaster which are both amazing rides.
