1. It worked well, no connection problems or slowness that I've read others complaining about.

2. We had a meal in 'the Kitchen' and the speciality of the evening was ribs, which my husband ordered, unfortunately they were cold - the waiter was not pleased that we complained and made it quite apparent - that was the only bugbear on this stay.

If I were to complain about anything, on Sunday evening the 11th I went to the bar at the 'Kitchen' to order pizza (they call it flat bread or something but it's pizza) to take back to the room and there were three guys at the bar that worked there in management, I think one worked at the Hard Rock Universal and it sounded like the other two were in for a meeting from other Loews or Hard Rock property's, is my best guess.

6. Only small complaining about children runing all day up and down the hall infront of our room :((( Hotel like this that have so many families with children should have better sound isolation.

7. - also they say free wifi for the 7th floor, the signal was that bad in our room we couldn't get on it, after the first night we complained and they moved us to the 5th floor where the internet was ok, they also credited us with 75USD per night as we were no longer in a club level room, the rooms on the 5th are identical to the 7th.
