1. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the hotel was not as noisy as I had anticipated, after reading some of the reviews.

5. Downsides; can get a bit noisy late at night / wee hours of the morning as all the party goers find their way home, and the hotel alarm going off at 2 am for 20 minutes as a drunk messed with the sprinkler alarm in their room was more than tedious.
