The Good- Express pass to all the rides at Universal- No need to rent a car- Easy access to all Universal and CityWalk- Friendly service at coffee shop downstairs & great bartenders at Velvet Bar- Nice poolThe Bad- Eating or drinking at hotel is very expensive- awful service at pool bar/restaurant.

2. I only hope and pray we can afford to revisit this year for our anniversary and its a truly unforgettable place and just to note dont think im getting caught up with the whole awe of orlando as it was our 13th visit there and we have stayed many places there but nothing compares to the Hard Rock Hotel .

3. I had a roll away bed and it was awful so I slept with my youngest son but we put this huge, long, round pillow in the center of the bed as a divider and it worked out great.

4. For breakfast the only options you had were the buffet at The Kitchen, which was great, but expensive or quick food at the ice cream shop which was awful and relatively expensive for cereal and bagels.

5. When I had them pull it up the day we were leaving it was absolutely covered in leaves and flowers (not something I like to see on my $60k Audi, especially when I had to pay $22 a day plus tips for their awful valet service).

6. The Club Lounge , oh dear, like feeding time at the zoo, appreciate that's down to the guests and not the hotel , but it is awful.
