2. Food service by the pool area is a little slow though I must admit, but they are friendly so that does help make up for it.

3. when this was reported the engineer said that as everybody use the hot water it is slow therefore a pathetic excuse, cleaners did not understand english, managers should observe rooms as our rooms carpet needs to be changed too.

4. I stayed at the hard rock for 8 nights, but it was like a nightmare, garden view room had very slow hot water system, the skirting on beds needed to be changed.

5. Housekeeping services were poor; staff were not knowledgeable about park operations or special events; check in was a slow process; the music in the pool area often fell into the realm of pop, and rarely was any real 'rock' heard.

6. There's a coin op washer and dryer on some floors which is handy because things dry very slowly hanging in the humid air.

8. We ate at the beach club on arrival and food was excellent, as for the kitchen no so slow service appetizer arrived with the meal waitress talked to the table beside us and then remembered our meal.
