1. We had a meal in 'the Kitchen' and the speciality of the evening was ribs, which my husband ordered, unfortunately they were cold - the waiter was not pleased that we complained and made it quite apparent - that was the only bugbear on this stay.

2. unfortunately had lots of problems with my room keys, had to have re-programmed a few times (for a one night stay)Check in early am, room not ready, left with luggage services and got our room keys to take advantage of express pass privileges.

4. The Harry Potter ride unfortunately does not utilize the express pass.

5. There is a secure car park (which unfortunately, is chargeable- works out at about $16 a day, or $30 valet.

9. unfortunately The Forbidden Journey Ride is not included as one of those rides, so be sure and do it before the parks open to all other visitors.

10. unfortunately when I checked out the charge for Nov 23 was still on my bill and when I told them it was to be removed nothing happen the bill remained the same, just like the song.
