1. One member of staff was rude to us because he couldn't quite understand our accents and he felt that we weren't speaking loudly enough (not impressed, english is our first language so funnily enough we speak the language perfectly.

3. When I was not given correct information from one of them regarding the name of the shuttle service that would be picking us up, the concierge working that day was down right rude to me when I was trying to figure out what shuttle we needed to get on in 15 minutes.

8. The only unfortunate complaint i have is the service we recieved at the kitchen, we had a waiter that was so rude and scarily abrupt that the rest of our party refused to dine in the kitchen for the rest of the holiday, which was a real shame as food was fab.
