1. My kids (7 and 11) loved the atmosphere, and I must say that noise was no problem for us.

2. Room was pool view, we were slightly worried about previous reviews about the noise, however it did not bother us in the slightest,we were so tired by the end of the night sleep was never an issue.

Without boring you with lots of details, (it is amazing how the geniuses at the front desk will try and spin a story) we got a manager on the line who at first offered 1 night 'free' and then when she literally could not hear my wife on the phone because of the noise changed the offer to two 'free nights'.

8. Ours was the last room on the end, and I thought the stairway noise would be overwhelming, but we had absolutely no noise trouble whatsoever.
