1. The service at their restaurant was some of the worst service I have ever experienced, maybe they were just having a bad night, but boy the food service really sucked bad that night.

The kitchen restaurant is pricey for the quality and variety of the food, staff is extremely courteous, pleasing guests, the express pass is a plus, you can ride one of the parks in half a day and go the other one, harry potter regular line had a two hours waiting time, guest from hard rock are allowed to ride it before the park open to regular public, overall trip was amazing nothing bad to say about the hotel.

The Good- Express pass to all the rides at Universal- No need to rent a car- Easy access to all Universal and CityWalk- Friendly service at coffee shop downstairs & great bartenders at Velvet Bar- Nice poolThe bad- Eating or drinking at hotel is very expensive- Awful service at pool bar/restaurant.
