1. I was put in a dismal room with a view of a rooftop (that appeared to be in need of repair), the bathroom was so small you had to go in to the side to shut the door, the mirror was barely on the wall with loose screws, the cell reception with AT&T was non existent, the wi fi was sketchy at best and the lack of choices for television was appalling.

5. I used the luggage service, all of the transportation options to the park, and ate at the restaurants (The Kitchen & Emelios) and everyone was helpful and chipper, for lack of a better term.
